Garrett Graves, LMHC, RPT™
​Hi! I'm Garrett, I am an integrative practitioner specializing in play therapy techniques, sand tray techniques, and expressive arts interventions. I also know that for some feelings can seem daunting or overwhelming and I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or traditional "talk therapy" techniques as well. My priority is meeting people where they are and my passion is to connect with those who are stuck or struggling and to chart new ways of being. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults to process a variety of areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, autism, attachment complications with caregivers, LGBTQ+ related struggles, managing anger, addiction, and more. In my work with individuals, kids, and families we imagine how life can be different and collaboratively explore how to move forward. I believe in the power of encouragement and the importance of truth. Wherever you find yourself or your loved ones, know that help is out there.

Welcome! I'm Hailey Aiton, LMHC. I believe oftentimes people can encounter road blocks in life that prevent them from fully experiencing themselves and the life around them. These road blocks do not define you. I’d love to be invited into your life to learn more about what’s bringing you in and how I can help you achieve a happier, more fulfilling life! My philosophy is that everyone is doing the best they can with what they’ve been given, sometimes they just need a little help. I strive for you to gain insight into your life and to validate and affirm your experiences. By maintaining a person-centered, acceptance and commitment lens and promoting solution-focused, cognitive behavioral interventions I hope to allow you to grow and challenge your way of life to live more fully and authentically. I have experience with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues, trauma, transitional periods, and self-esteem to name a few. My areas of interest include college students and couples.
